For desktops please bring the tower. We won’t need the monitor, mouse, keyboard or wires. For laptops, please bring the power cord in addition to the computer. Any disks you have available, especially Microsoft Windows and Office, can be helpful but are not required.
We are open Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, and Saturday 10am-3pm.
Average service takes about 24-48 hours, but we won’t know for sure until we look at your computer.

Possibly. We will be happy to take a look at your computer free of charge, and if we feel that it is not worth fixing we will help you find a new one.
While we don’t stock computers in our stores, we can order them for you for discounted rates. Please keep an eye on our specials for great deals.
No. We backup your computer before we do anything that could cause data loss. The only situation in which data could be lost is if your hard drive was beyond repair before you dropped it off. If this is the case, we will do everything we can to recover your files. Often we can recover data that many computer stores will say is “lost forever.”
