Pat’s Computer Rescue (PCR) technicians are fully trained to fix almost any problem your computer may encounter. Below is a list of services we provide.
Drop-Off Service: $119 per computer
Are you having computer trouble? Do you need software upgrades? Simply drop off your computer at PCR (Click for Directions) and we’ll take care of the rest. Our drop-off service includes all labor and repairs (parts and software may be extra). Our technicians will contact you for approval if additional parts or software are required.
On-Site Service: $139 first hour; $70($90 for businesses) each additional hour.
Busy schedule? Don’t have the time to drop off your computer? No problem, our technicians will come to you. Our on-site service includes all labor and repairs (parts and software may be extra).
Diagnostic Testing: Free
We'll diagnose the problem and let you know what is required to fix it at no charge.
Written Estimate for Insurance: $119
We’ll diagnose the problem and provide you with a written estimate for your insurance company.
Wireless Internet Setup
Wireless technology is a fast, easy and affordable way to connect everyone in your household. It allows them to use the internet, schedule backups, and share files and printers without running wires all over the house. Pat’s Computer Rescue technicians will set up a fast and secure connection, so you can get the most out of your wireless networks.

Confused about all the different computer options available to you? We're here to answer any questions you may have while guiding you through the purchasing process of your new computer.
Computer Setup and/or Relocation
Moving is difficult, especially when you need to transfer data from one computer to another. Our technicians will come to your home or office and unpack your computer, transfer data, set up the internet and printer, and run all Windows programs. In addition, we will install anti-spyware and anti-virus updates to insure your computer is protected and secure.
Computer Upgrades
You may not need a new computer; you may just need an upgrade. PCR technicians can upgrade your computer for larger memory, increased storage space and faster internet connection.
Virus / Spyware Detection & Removal
PCR technicians use a rigorous detection process to find and remove any harmful viruses and spyware. In addition, we will put several controls in place to prevent future problems from occurring. Our technicians will also educate you on how to prevent viruses from attacking your computer.
Data Recovery
We’ve all felt the overwhelming panic of losing an important file or document. It’s a helpless experience, knowing that all your hard work has gone down the drain. PCR Business Solutions
Our business services range from client computer setup to server and network installation. PCR Business Solutions implement Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2008, which provides file and printer sharing, data security and backup, email and calendaring services, and much more.
