   Hey there.   Yesterday I started getting the following message popping up randomly: "TOtal Security Protection has detected SPyware Program Trojan Downloader.Agent.OSQ that is trying to attack your computer.  Do you want to block?  I clicked on "yes" and it says "This version is for registration only" and asks me to press an Activation Key.  At one point ealy this morning, my whole computer acutally shut down and restarted spontaneously.  I have AVG anti-virus protection and I checked that it ran last night.  What to do?
