Pat’s Computer Rescue is seeking to hire an outgoing; customer service oriented PC Technician to join our team.   PC Technicians are responsible for:

Servicing computers at customer location and PCR locations

  • Taking customer phone calls
  • Accepting computers dropped off at our locations
  • Scheduling appointments for service

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional customer service Skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Winning attitude
  • Great work ethic and ambition

Computer Service experience is helpful but not required. Customer Service experience is helpful but not required. Position is full time with benefits. Candidate must be able to work Saturdays.
